  • Public benefits advocacy
  • Third party mediation
  • Tenants’ Rights Workshops
  • Financial Literacy Courses
  • Community referrals for supportive services

We also offer free legal services to eligible families facing court-ordered eviction or other landlord/tenant and housing related issues.

Our FREE legal services include:

  • Legal Advice & Counsel
  • Attorney Representation
  • Pro Se Documentation & Review

If you are homeless or fear you may become homeless, call one of our offices within your community. Or call 311 and ask to be connected to the nearest homelessness prevention office.

A special thanks to the NYC Department of Homeless Services (DHS). The majority of our funding is through the DHS Homebase program, which is a nationally recognized homeless prevention model and finalist for the Harvard Innovations in American Government Award.
